Sutter Lakeside Hospital is pleased to announce their new Healthy Seniors Program!

A team of nurses, therapists and physicians will visit each of Lake County's senior centers every month and provide the following services:

Screenings: blood pressure checks, heart rate, basal metabolic index, pulonary function testing: peak flow
Education: Learn how to maintain a healthy spine. Learn your current stress level and what to do about recurring stress. Learn how to keep your heart healthy.

Activities: Fill out a current medication list. Take a wellness assessment and receive some wellness coaching. Participate in healthy back exercises.
